Bosque de Atocha has 135 homes, where energy efficiency and comfort have been sought and that finally incorporates a significant sustainability component that also partially reconnects these homes with nature, creating a true integration of vegetation with the most representative areas of each home, sustainably improving microclimatic conditions, and enhancing air quality.
